To install corrugated roofing start by cutting your panels to length with an angle grinder.
Fitting coroline roofing sheets.
Fitting sheets step 1.
Secure the sheet in place and fix to the verge using coroline fixings at 100mm centres.
Ensure the sheets are positioned square to the line of the eaves and verge first nailing the sheet edges.
Continue to install the sheet on the roof fixing through the crown of the corrugation.
Overhang the sheets at the fascia by 5cm to form a drip edge.
If cutting is necessary cut coroline sheets to length using a hand saw with a lubricating spray on the blade.
Next pre drill holes on the end and side ridges of the panels spacing the holes 6 to 8 inches apart.
The order you install the panels should be dictated by the direction of the wind.
Your first panel should be positioned at the furthest away point from the direction of the wind lowest end first.
Reduce the fixing centre to the first purlin up.
You should then lay your coroline panels along the lowest end and add rows above in the same direction as needed.
Beginning at the outside edge of your roof place each panel directly onto the purlins that are attached to the roof trusses.
